Pretty fun endless game to play for a little bit and an interesting idea. I wish it warned you when it was about to change the number though, and the repeating music is a bit annoying as well.
Though it is just simple avoiding, it is still a fun game.
BGM is a little annoying after several mins of loop.

For another iteration, some sign about when your dice is going to change its value would be nice :)
Idea is very unusual, gameplay quite simple but fun!) good job!
