Cute little game!
Cute little game!
funny game, I cant stress enough how important color palettes are, just choosing the right colors is huge.
Cute game!
The Game had a good balance and I liked the wizard.
Haha it really took me a while and the comments here to actually understand what was happening, since I also just rolled the dice for quite a while. Maybe you should add this interaction to the description or trigger the appearance of the wizard after X dice rolls.
Besides that, cute little game. I also like the simple artstyle and dialogs. Keep it on!
Cute game!
Guy below me says Endings? I was just throwing a dice lol
I kinda figured that the player would get bored and start pressing buttons on the keybard, I guess I should have made it more clear
Wait there's an additional game? Haha
I think that because there's quite a range of quality in the final jam submissions, if you have a meta game that stands on its own, it needs to be very obvious if there's more content in addition
it's annoying that you need luck to get all the endings, but it's not bad
That's fair, but there's a little secret in the game that helps with that, if you can figure it out ;)
Edit: Grammer
How get 8th ending?
have you listened to the poem?
No idea where i should use this combination. I tried all
A visual novel is, pun unintended, novel for the prompt. However, I don't think there's really... much here in terms of interactions. Just rolling a die over and over. Overall, it serves as a decent tech demo for a possibility.
Have you tried pressing buttons? I should have made it clearer that you need to do that to do anything that isn't rolling the die.
Yeah, I did. I was able to forward the cutscene by pressing random numbers, but quickly realized any button would do. Some text prompts would be lovely, though!
