Impressive amount of content! Fun abilties. And cute pixelart. I feel like this has good speedrun potential as you can really schmoove using the different modes.

Hi ChriticalHit! Thank you for playing the game and the positive feedback! Appreciate the kind words :)

Fun little platformer around dice with abilities, however the first level seems to be all there is, or at least I can't end the game. The level screen seems to tell me there are 4 levels, but I could only play the first one. With the unlocking of abilities this has a big metroidvania potential.

Hi Plagiatus! Thank you so much for playing my submission. My apologies on that confusion on that part. When you're done with what you want to do in a level you can press "ESC" to go back to the level select screen -- albeit I understand that's not the most obvious thing (I tried adding a little "?" button in the upper left that people can click on for controls but it isn't hte most obivous either lol). Ran out of time to implement a true "Level Finish"... Once you earn the new ability in a level, that unlocks the next level to be accessible in the level select screen. Hope you enjoyed what you got to play though!

I just restored the game and got to play the rest of it. :D

And while I feel like I'm running out of fingers to use (jump on space instead of W might've helped with this) and properly control my dice, this is a much bigger game now than what I thought it was. The bumper up on walls feels really good!

If you allow me the nitpicks: I do feel like the dice is moving too fast horizontally, making it hard to control. The superjump also seems to be inconsistent, giving me various different heights and thus leading to frustration especially in spots where you die if you don't manage to chain superjump into a dash or something.

Unfortunately I somehow managed to break the game where my dice stopped moving entirely. But hey, it wouldn't be a GameJam if the game didn't have plenty of bugs amirite? xD

Glad you gave it another try! Yeah the controls are definitely the area that needed most revision. Thank you for the feedback -- next jam I'll try and focus more on polishing input-feedback and comfort.

And RIP -- hopefully that bug didn't lose you too much progress. Bugs will always haunt GameJams haha :) Much appreciated that you took the time to help provide all this feedback and explain your experience!

unfortunately it happened on start of Level 4 after I unlocked everything else, so yeah... plenty of progress lost.

All just because you didn't add permanent progress storage to your GameJam game, horrible 0/5. ;) /s

It's really impressive that you managed to make this whole game in 48h! I really enjoyed how you introduced, and built upon the new mechanics! The only thing bugging me was the  controls, which felt a little off. Overall, great job!

Hi miya! Thank you so much for playing my game and for the feedback. It was a long 48h for sure haha! I absolutely agree the controls could do for some polish. I appreciate the kind words :)

Wow this game is so advanced! How was it mate in 48 hours?!?! Incredable job

In my opinion you could have used the theme a bit more than just as the player tough.

All in all this is an incredibly detailed game with lots of content and you have made a masterpiece.

Keep up te good work!

Hi ChaoticAurora! Thank you so much! I tried to focus on the theme of a Casino (Dice character, Vegas desert in the BG, Slot Machines for new abilities, Poker Chips, Cards, and Cherries for collectibles). But yeah a bit more focus on dice (maybe other breakable dice? Enemy dice? Mini dice?) would have been a good choice. Wish I had more time than 48 hours haha. Thank you so much for your kind words, I really appreciate it and I'm glad you enjoyed the game!
