Incredible presentation! But it was pretty easy to get through the game by just spamming the fire button. This customizable randomization mechanic could definitely be built upon for an expanded project, though!

Thanks for the feedback!  We were running out of time so we had to cut some gameplay in our game.  Sadly though, we didnt have time to balance enough each already implemented features by the end of the jam.

Nice small little game with fantastic adventurous music and beautiful pixel art. Gameplay wise - I'd say that I'd be much more welcome to buy some upgrades for my cannons (like a sword that does 2 dmg) instead of swapping one for the other.

I like that the animation of rolling the effects is fast. I think that the transition between one monster to the other (or shop) should be faster as well.

This is very nice to hear ! We had to strip off a lot of gameplay elements because we were running out of time at the end of the jam. Thanks for your feedback :)

The artwork here is just so fun! really great job there. Music was fun and set a good atmosphere. Animations were well done and easy to understand. I never got much gold so not sure of all the mechanics for the shops. I could see this idea expanding with a lot of different encounters and upgrades. As is, great job for a 48 hour game!

I'm glad you loved the art and music. First time making video game music for me and this really puts a smile on my face ! This is clearly a game we can expand on if we have the time. Thanks for the feedback ^^

Really love the art, and game was quite enjoyable.

But I didn't really get what enemies were going to do, they would have a shield icon but it wouldn't block nor block the next turn, so I wasn't sure.

Also, always firing seemed to work for me, finding no reason to roll.

I might've been unlucky, but a lot of times I encountered multiple shops in a row (once it was 5 in a row) while I had 0 money.

Still, very polished and fun. Good job on your game!

Thanks for the feedback. We have noticed a few bugs on the main mechanics which seem a bit odd. We will be looking into that in the near future :)

Really cool idea executed with a lot of polish. One thing that would be nice is a small splash screen before the game starts explaining what everything does - I was able to work it out, but by the time I did my ship was pretty battered. Even just explaining what each icon does at the outset would help a lot.

Cool game!

I think that's something we missed to put in the descriptions, will do!
