I loved the demon, it really caught me off guard!

Unfortunately my run died when I entered the portal at 9 seconds or so left, and the timer didn't reset in the next chamber, leaving me with not enough time to finish.

Developer

Thank you for the feedback. The timer is supposed to reset at the end of each level. The very last level starts you off with only 10 seconds. You either made it to that or found a bug. All and all I appreciate your feedback :)

that sounds about right, I might as well have been on the last level in that case.  :D

A fun adventure game. I like that effort you put for creating a scenerio. Its quite interesting and good enough to complete game. I had a good experience while playing. Nice work ^^

It's basically a chore to get to the end, the only ennemies are the 1 dotted dice.

Developer

thank you for the feedback :)

The demon character was definitely the selling point for me. Such a good, creepy design! If you were to continue working on the game, you should lean more into the interactions with that character. Well done!

Developer

thank you! If I continue there will be a lot more fun stuff with the fate maker :)

Man, very good experience, I want to see more of this game!

Developer

thank you!! Same to you!!

eyes look cool. I don't think there are enough enemies. The theme with impact protection is also great. I like it

Developer(+1)

thank you! I agree with the enemies. I think there is actually a bug in the game where it won’t change the difficulty of some dice. However I was running pretty short on time haha

Cool game. I like how the demon had several eyes that represented the sides of a die.

Developer

thank you!! :D

Sick game. Took me a bit to quickly know what attack to use on which dice (would maybe be cool to have symbols on them or match them up with the colors of the sword/shield) but it was very satisfying to quickly move through the environment and take out the dice. The style was also awesome!

Thank you for your feedback! I agree with you on that. I was running into a lot of bugs and not enough time for everything to make sense haha. I was aiming for a beat saber approach with the red and blue dice and alternating attacks. it can be very confusing as I seen with some other family and friends who tried it. I am glad you enjoyed the style :)

i loved playing this game so much! i died (i think) so idk if there is an end but nonetheless this is such a cool concept+execution, and i love the creepy-ish story and vibes. great job :D

Thank you!!! I ran out of time to really go over and polish the clarity side of some things. I also made it a little too hard on accident.

Love the art style of this game. However you created the pixelized photos turned out really nice! I also liked playing along with the story as well. There were a couple points that felt unclear when I was playing, but all in all a really great submission! :)

Developer(+2)

thank you so much!! I created the pixel art in aseprite. However all the animations were done using juicefx

Highly recommend :)

Never heard of either of those, but they both look awesome! Thanks so much for the recommendation :)

Honestly, i don't really get what changes after the creepy eye creature rolls the dice, but i am a sucker for games that incorporate some kind of story, so good job!

Developer(+2)

thank you! Your sword and shield change! And there are also some little things that change like the timer speed or health of some enemies. I haven’t got a lot of time to balance as I was crunching at the end!
