Such a smooooth game with great aesthetic. I wish the theme was pushed in a little bit more but this game is very good and fun!
Tanks for the reply! <3
I think this is the smoothest top-down shooter game I've played so far in terms of controls. Everything felt nice and responsive, and the sprint was intuitive. I think it just needs a bit of cleanup in terms of the ui. The hp and ammo indicators were in an odd place and hard to read off of against the light background. The animation of the die was super cute while still fitting in with the game. Definitely memorable. Great job^^
Thank you for the feedback, the ui needs some love, but I glad to read that you liked the movement <3
Quite a nice game. The art style was cool and the sound for the gunshots made each shot satisfying. When moving the camera doesn't really follow you that well and most of the time you on the edge of the screen rather than the middle which became a bit annoying. Even with that, I still found it enjoyable. The roll animation of rolling you dice was a nice touch and the idea of having new guns which forces you to think of new approaches for killing enemies was a very interesting idea. Good luck on the jam!
thank you for the Feedback, we have so much to do, but we think we are on the right path!
Good luck for us!
Cool idea! I like rolling to change weapons, perhaps increase the number of ammo per weapon?
Happy you liked it, we want to do some balancing in the future, there's a lot to improve, thanks for the feedback!
Really cool and fun game!
I do wish there was a bit more visual UI/feedback to make it easier to keep track of health and ammo (ex. the dicehead changing to reflect health, bullet sprites either floating by the character or in the corner of the screen for ammo, an animation to indicate you shot your last bullet etc.)
Overall though I had tons of fun rolling around and the art is exquisite
The ui is our biggest regret, if we had organized ourselves better it would have been ruined. I'm glad you had fun, thanks!
Nice concept, good base for improvement.
Fun idea to reload /change weapon when somersaulting :D
Thanks man, the roll is the hearth of this game <3
You nailed the look for sure in this one. I love the dice head on the dude. Great job.
Ours artist @weltton and @pedrobbr will be happy for years after readin this, thank you for the feedback!
hey!
cool concept, I can see that you are inspired by HM.
good work~! =]
Hotline Miami is a big inspirations indeed! Thank you <3
Thanks for your thoughts, a higher contrast would do a lot of good, and the feedback from the shots would bring a lot of feeling to the game, really. Glad you liked it!
Great combat! I did eventually understand how your game relates to the theme, nice pun xD
I'm on camera trying your game here if you'd like to see, a timestamp link to your game is in the description!
Thank you for the showcase, right on the opening!

I love Hotline Miami! Cool to see a game that has a similar vibe to it!
Cool concept with the rolling and random guns. It's actually sorta similar to my submission (top-down shooter as mage where you get random spells every few seconds). This was neat though! I thought I read something about a hidden gun somewhere... but I couldn't find it. Must be really hidden (or I'm completely imagining reading that somewhere??) Might be nice if there was a score to keep track of either how many kills you get or how long you've survived. Or having some sort of end game. But it was still pretty fun.
Good work on this game!!
Hey man, thanks for playing, I don't remember a hidden weapon hahahahaha, your game has some Vampire Survive vibes, I like that. We thought about counting the deaths and giving a game over screen with how many enemies you killed, but we didn't have time to deliver, great feedback <3
It is cool!I like the roll to change weapon! To be honest i had this idea too haha, happy to see you make this!
The roll it's our magnum opus, thank you for the feedback!
Nice game, even better after I found out how to get more ammo haha
This is a bigger issue so far, thanks for playing!
(T_T)
I played your game yesterday! I showed it to the rest of the team, too bad you didn't finish it, it was fun as it is! It was hard to kill all enemies, but I did it hahahaha
Interesting concept! I like the style and it's quite fun to play.
Just have a few things/ideas. I feel like a bit more ammo and a bit more difference between the weapons (bigger blast radius for the shotgun, collaterals for the sniper) would make the game even more fun. I'm also not sure if the "cards" (?) have any function or just decoration. They look like they should do something. :D
Overall pretty cool game. Goob job!
Hey Ex0o, about the cards, we have plans for them, there was no time to implement them, so it was left as decoration. About the weapons, it would definitely bring more life to the game, maybe take it to a more arcade side, the side effect of the sniper hurts me not having had time to put it too, just like that little flicker on the screen when you shoot, I wanted to put it on all, thanks for the feedback!
ha! the Title :P
What a coincidence, and you know what? My name is Denys too!
Just kidding <3
The game is enjoyable but needed a tutorial on what to do. I didn't know I had to roll to change weapons.
Yes, we forgot to add some instructions, thanks for the feedback!
I love hotline Miami! and this I knew I had to try it. I couldn't quite understand how to get more ammo. however I would love to play a full version of this game :D
Hey man, you can press spacebar to roll, this makes you "roll a dice" get the weapon assigned to the number you rolled, with full ammo!
The roll feels fantastic to use and makes for some very entertaining gameplay, well done! :D
Oh and definitely best name of the jam, frickin amazing!
Glad to hear you liked the game, the name is awesome indeed hahahahaha
