I think that a racer game with the Die affecting the speed is overall a fun idea. This game also feels like it had a lot of love put into it, and is overall pretty fun. I do personally feel that the way the die-rolling itself was implemented leads to more of a "feel-bad" experience than a positive one though, because a player who is 'behind' needs to bonk to have any chance of getting more speed (and may need to bonk multiple times), where as a player with 3-4 may try to play it more safely, allowing them to maintain a lead simply because they never need to bonk. If you decide to make a future build of this game (which I hope you do!), I'd love to see some tweaks to the system, and maybe some other risk-reward abilities thrown in.

This game is so cool! I love the strategy the different speeds causes, as you must hit the walls on purpose to get faster speeds, and try your hardest to not hit the walls when at fast speeds, even though its tricky. This is a perfect use of rng, and is such an awesome game!
the graphics are bad, car physics are bad too, if the game would be more polished it would be good interpritation of that idea
You are really offended because I criticized your game. In my post, I wrote about the fact that the camera shakes too much, and about the details of the game that annoyed me. in response, you simply said that you do not like the graphics and controls in my game, although everyone else in the comments liked it. and you just ended your comment with the same phrase as me. if you think I'm wrong, reply to my comment under your game and don't write that other people's games are bad just because their author said something bad about you. you didn't give a single argument, it won't lead me to a better game, i told you how to make your game better, i said i don't like it, i didn't even say your game is bad. I don't know why you left this comment, there is still time to apologize and delete it, as it is meaningless
Very well made! Feels nice to control once you get used to the speed and tight turns.
super fun idea and very creative! i like that the randomness is very much in your control as it only changes when you hit stuff. pretty hard haha but the AI was well made and the art was very retro. awesome job!
Racing game with dice interesting and enjoyable idea. Congrats!
I like the concept, the car controller could use some work because it feels a little slippery, especially at high speeds, and some little bumpers on the road that you can hit to change your dice without having to full stop into a wall would be a nice addition I think, but good job!
such an amazing racing - Wow! I really love the drifting part and visually it is so lovely)
Great job!
Really good drifting in this. I made me want to try and hit the turns with the star speed. Idk how hard it would be but adding a speedometer would be cool.
Really interesting, At first I did not realize the speed and dice number are connected, but after finding it out realizing that I was mind blown and now I exit with a personal hate towards the blue and pink car ahah, we had an intenese race great job the game is clean and fun and really smart!
Well done!
Most unique idea I ever seen in this jam. A racing game and dice numbers symbolize car speed. Just wow I never thinked to see something like this. While playing with 1 speed sometimes its better to hit to wall and roll your dice for higher speed. Great job to you and your team ^^
Love the idea, you gotta be careful to don't touch the wall when you got a high number roll.
