this is such a great idea, this could be a hit imo, if you continued development. i love these types of games and it was a unique spin on the genre that fit the theme well. I'd love to see more if you continue with it!

Refreshing to see an actual board game. With a couple more interactions, you could make an intresting game!

Fun little resource game.  Gets to the essentials of building your engine. The way the board was set up looks a bit like a card table, so initially I thought there were four players and only put mines on the little square in front of me.

This was fun. The AI did not start making towers until very late, so I was able to win pretty easily I think? I also put my generators on the coal patches unknowingly, which ended up slowing the enemy down. I noticed that it seemed like the AI only ever placed 1 thing per turn, while I could place as many as I could afford. I am sure there are more advanced strategies to this, and it does take some critical thinking, which I enjoyed. Nice job!
