Not a bad concept. Controls not being very well explained are a real issue though and I could barely read the X above the lever, too.
I do like the idea of having to switch hammers for different challenges, but I never felt the need to build anything, and didn't even realize that breaking boxes adds them to your inventory until I was about to walk out the door!
I really like the art and the concept, the title screen looks amazing. However, I can't figure out how to play the game despite having read the description . How do I switch between hammers? It got really big once but then I couldn't do it again. I couldn't manage to build any blocks either. I won't rate the game poorly due to that, but wish I could play it in order to give it a sincere rating.
In any case, I don't think the heavy metal track suits the game.
Hey thank you so much for this entry into the jam, some really solid* things here: loved the design direction and the interpretation of the theme... for me it was definitely a case of = to someone holding a hammer, everything looks like a nail ;-)... but a great entry, thanks again!
I played around for a while but I couldn't figure out how to escape. The menu looks great, and I really like the hammer mouse cursor, but the gameplay needs some work. The puzzles need to be easier and spread out a bit more, throwing all the game mechanics at the player at once is overwhelming, and for me very confusing to know what I'm supposed to do to solve the puzzles.
It was all a last time hotfix sorry for trouble and thank you for giving feedback appreciate it very much.
I liked the idea of having different size hammers that do different things, an unexpected twist on the theme. Overall the art style is fitting although it just needs a little polish and a few more animations to make it all come together. The main menu screen looks great. The gameplay was alright, the puzzles using the different hammer mechanics was cool, but the controls were a little clunky and it wasn't sometimes clear what I was supposed to be doing. With some tweaks it has potential to be great fun.
Yeah we were expecting to deliver a superb game but fell short due to some people in our team anyways thank you for playing and feedback
I instantly fell down the hole and couldn’t get out or reset xdd
you change change to long hammer and that will you out (Use left shift to change hammers) and then move close to wall and point to the highest block and when it is highlighted click and press space. This game needs polish :)
