Very original! Some pieces of advice:

  • Make it more obvious which enemies will be affected by which color (by coloring them red/blue/both for example
  • Add just a little bit of variety in the music, the loop is too short, it gets distractingly repetitive
  • Maybe a very short tutorial would be nice? In godot it is really easy to display a dialog with just a bit of text to explain what you have to do.

Good job!

Good game! Original idea and well executed!

You know, even though you had no big experience before, you made it really good. Continue development. Some tutorials, "enemy" paths, all the things that differ a game from a prototype. It's really fine game for the first jam. Keep it up!

For a first timer on godot, I'd say this is very original! Interesting and unique mechanic, has potential for a cool puzzle game. Like others said, the enemies' movement weren't predictable enough, they move too fast and in weird patterns, so when I actually managed to get past the levels it felt more like luck than a satisfying victory

I liked that you put the effort into sound effects. Music was a bit repetitive tho.

Good job! Do feel proud!

Took me a second to figure out what to do, I think this is an interesting idea for a puzzle game though. It might play better if the "enemy" movement was a bit more predictable, it felt like I was mostly just guessing to get to the end. Very nice work though for two weeks of Godot experience :D

agree 100%. Originally, the idea was to mark the enemy lines of movement. Clearly I didn't make it in time.

Well, this is an interesting game! I love the mechanics of moving only at the line with the same color. Even with simple graphics, you've managed to pull off something with good gameplay :)

I do have to admit that I had a hard time figuring out the controls at the first try, though. I kept clicking all the keys in the keyboard and clicking randomly with my mouse, until clicking the box did something. After that, I was thoroughly enjoying the gamplay. I think there was one level though where some red enemies moved when the box is placed at the blue plate? I think the enemies weren't colored correctly in that area.

Can't wait to see you expand on this!

Funny little puzzle game. I like the idea!

The mac version wouldn't launch for me. It wanted the `.pck` file, which I thought was strange because Godot normally exports a `.dmg` for mac when I've tried it before. Maybe try exporting again and/or zip it up with the `.pck` file too?

I'm still having problems with the Mac version so I just put a browser version, in case you're  still interested in rating the game

Thanks for the feedback
