Great concept. The pixel art is cute and the music is lovely. It feels soothing to play it. The only problem  isI did not have an inkling of where to go. No hint of a direction. So I chose south and built and built. Nothing happened and endless sea followed. If it had some sort of a map or something. would have been really great.

As many other, I felt lost by not having any sense of direction. Maybe you could have a compass?

The music was waay too relaxing for someone who is dying of a heart attack in the solitude of an island. Poor girl!

I enjoy the music and the art. I did feel pretty directionless though. Maybe have a message in a bottle or something to hint at where to go? Even if it just says "not south" that's one less direction to check.

I'm not able to get to land, perhaps I'm a bad player but I've used over 200 pieces of wood.   I like the music and atmosphere a lot.  There's a small error I think. when you lose and try again it seems there is something blocking your back when walking, perhaps invisible left overs from the first try, I dunno.  Overall a good job.

It's a pretty cute concept. But I felt a bit lost playing the game. Aside from the info given at the start, there were no other instructions like knowing the best direction to build a bridge, what the t-b pickup is, etc.

However the nice music and art made that time a bit more relaxing and calming. It had a very serene vibe to it, making it easy for me to stay for the rest of the 10 minutes even though I had no idea what I was doing.

I managed to get to the hospital before having a heart attack. The art and the music loop were good, but I found I couldn't chop down trees from above or from below, only from the sides, and occasionally a blinking reticule would appear over a tree when I tried to cut it down. Idk if that's leftover from debugging or a feature I don't understand. It also took me a while to get to land after I found it because building a raft deletes some of the land and creates water. This last thing wasn't a big deal because it was shown in the intro how to circumvent that. I don't wanna sound like a grumpy jerk just listing things I didn't like, but I feel like I didn't have enough information here. Is there a way to tell the best direction to build rafts or are you supposed to guess and hope? That's what I did. When I got to land, I had two options. Do I go up or down? Is there a way to tell, are you supposed to guess and hope, or do both ways lead to a hospital? What are the TB (BT?) papers? I really don't want this to sound like I hated it, because I didn't, my experience was just confused and making decisions arbitrarily, hoping to win. But I did win that way, so maybe it's intended and I am just being whiny?
Lastly, good job on making a complete playable and finishable game in the time frame. That is not something to be sniffed at.

Sorry if this came off as abrasive :( I don't wanna make anyone's day worse.

The Linux version needs to lose a few extensions. Had to rename it to HeartAttack.x86_64 to get it to work.  Works great after that.
