Took me a while but I finally beat level 6! I'd also like to think I beat the secret area too:

Fun little platformer that was actually fairly challenging at times and made me want to explore to see if I could find more hidden areas (I managed to climb on top of the Cave/Desert part of the middle of level 6 and *almost* tried some leaps of faith with the cloud to try to find other areas, but I didn't want to prematurely end my (finally!) good level 6 run.

Nice entry, especially if it's your first with godot.

Lovely platformer! Controls were smooth. LIked the sfx but I wish there was also music. Really enjoyed the addition of story and powerups. The thoughtful additions like the little dog and the helpful hints along the way added polish. Congratulations on your submission :)

Really enjoyed it, the story was nice and the platforming was fun. There was a good variety of areas and the abilities were also cool. One problem is that you are not sure if a pit leads to doom or not, there was the black particles, but most pits if you can see them you are already dead, maybe the camera should be zoomed out. The last level was quite hard but cool how you went back through all of the previous areas. was there a tutorial for the flying cloud? i might of just missed it and spent ages trying to jump over the massive pit.  The other tutorials were very simple and helpful. The menu system was nice how the menu was a little level. Well done over all really fun and nice pixel art for the character!

Nice game. I do feel like I couldn’t see enough sometimes to make decisions about whether to jump, use cloud, whether I should go down, or whether I would fall to my death.

I wasn’t able to beat the last level. I gave it a few tries, but there were a few too many cases of the above and I got frustrated.

Well done overall though!

I either got lost or some script didnt work in level 4, but for the rest of the game it worked prefect.
Nice introduction of mechanics and a cute story :)

The way the game mechanics are introduced is very well done. It was fun traversing each world.

Nice mechanics for a platformer! I liked the progression and gradual introduction of the power-ups. The cloud was a little hard to use sometimes, because of the restricted FOV it was a leap of faith most of the time and the last level felt more like trail and error instead of a test of skill because of that. All in all wel done, keep up the good work!

Very nicely done! Lots of levels to explore and lots of cool upgrades. I think the artwork and story progression was very nice and well done. One thing that threw me off a bit was that normally I would strive to double/triple jump at the apex of the last jump, whereas it seems here the most height is gained from just pressing it as fast as you can. Took me a while to escape the cave because of this :)

Overall a fun game, thanks!

Keyboard input is not working for me! Please check.

I've experienced something similar, you probably just need to click on the window once you have the game running

Submitted(+1)

Thanks clicking did work.
Awesome job. The character reminds me of Theo from Celeste.
