This game was so polished. I loved the shader you used for the gun and the slime death animation - Would you be willing to share those? I think that it was worth more usually to just use the right click. But it was so satisfying to use the left click....
I love the graphics, and effects are amazing! The controls are pretty good and gammepad support is a good idea.
The graphics were the clear standout of this game, as well as the strong core mechanics. I enjoyed this game and made it to the end, and I like the mix of platforming challenges and combat challenges. I might tune up the controls for the platforming, at times they felt a bit jarring or difficult, and also the weapon controls and combat sequences could use some adjustment (the weapon felt clunky and the enemies could often be picked off without engaging them directly. The best enemies where the bird-like ones and the final boss). Overall, this was a strong submission and it is impressive that you managed all this in a week!
This game is awesome. The graphics are really well done considering the time constraints. Nice work!
The graphics are honestly very good looking and the concept of the game is very interesting!
Very stunning visuals and very immersive experience for the game ! I agree with iDLE LUKE's comment below that the controls felt somewhat weird, and it was quite difficult to perform the dash at times. Loving this game and the style!
p.s. how did you do the rift "flamethrower" effect?
Really love this submission, the smoothness and graphics really compliment the game. There was a part that I got stuck on, and maybe I read the instructions incorrectly, but it was after the room with the bat and 2 spider things. Anyway, definitely love this game and style.
Really beautiful environments, but the character felt a little bit lacking in comparison. The controls felt somewhat weird, I would have liked to not use as much mouse in a platformer like this. I had an issue when the game constantly closed when pressing some keys, it happened for me with the spacebar, so at the third attempt I really didn't tried again :/
The flying spitter got me a couple of times, but pretty cool art and critters.
