What the.... that was AWESOME! I'd love to play another level like this. But since I'm a bit short on time to rate all those games. Its good to have finished it... wasn't too easy. I liked the soundtrack and overall sound design .. and also the evil laughter if you fail. There seems to be bug in the game when you jump onto things that still move.. they will then stick to you. But, it didn't happen to often to kill the fun. It was quite hard until I found out that I can press&hold "jump" to keep it jumping... And I like the trap near the end where jumping just lets you fail. Also you full hit the "Inversion" topic... with gravity AND directional inversion.... Also liked the brilliant colors in the game a lot.
I've seen this idea of switching gravity quite a lot this jam, but I must say I liked this one!
I said wow nice when the movement was also inversed about half way through the level :D
I did find a bug in the beginning, if you press down to get the extra "!" block, if you jump before it's in it's most downward position it gets stuck on your head and you move the block until you hit the next block and you get killed :D I was so happy to catch it... for a moment haha
Nice game! I liked the interpretation of the theme, and it was brain-tangling to figure out when to reverse gravity. The platforming did require a somewhat frustrating degree of precision, but overall good work!
Cool game! Took me a minute to figure out what the arrow keys did, but after that I had a fun time. Good job.
My only real criticism is that there doesn't seem to be a way to gain back ground after you lose it, or jump perfectly so that you don't lose ground. Or maybe I just couldn't get the rhythm right to not lose ground sometimes.
It also looks like you've uploaded a web build, but you haven't enabled it to run in browser. You need to click "This file will be played in the browser" in your project settings for that file.
Good job making a fun game! Would be nice to have more levels :)
