Nice submission, congrats! The core mechanics of herding the chickens is really solid and fun, and the graphics and sounds truly convey the idea of a chaotic ambient with a lot of creatures running around. I have to say, however, that it didn't feel very controllable... Is the player supposed to do something in particular? I placed four of the five axes like a funnel pointing to the end, and holding the fifth vertically I moved left-to-right trying to push the chickens to the exit. It was not very effective, but the swoop action felt even less effective (the chickens were spread in any direction). Anyway, it took me almost twenty minutes to clear the first room. It's not little for this type of game, maybe reducing the required number to 30 would have made the game faster. Or you might consider having a timer and ask the player to clear the maximum amount in a limited time.

The boss battle in the end was a nice surprise, because it changed the game rules. It wasn't clear how should I have attacked the monster, because the only thing that seemed to hurt them were the rakes on the ground. I tried to hold a rake against them, but that didn't work, and I was damaged as a consequence ^^". The battle felt really hard, especially because of the monster projectiles; but again, it was nice to see that the story and the introduction returned in the final act, and that the game evolved.

In conclusion, let me say that I'm generally a bad player at these games, so don't take my words as benchmark. I do not mean to tell you what to do, but I hoped to give you some useful feedback just narrating my experience. The game is well done overall, and I enjoyed my time with it! Congratulations :)

Thank you for playing, completing, and leaving your honest feedback for my game. I am really grateful. At first, I also wanted to limit the time or make the game a little easier to play, but I thought, if I made a game based on reality, it would be like that, so I did it that way. Thank you again, see you at the next jams. Cheers

Awesome and original idea! I enjoyed the simple but vibrant graphcsi, the soundscape with all the animals and the straight forward story to get into the game fast.
