Well crafted game with some nice mini-games during the crafting.

My one issue was, picking things up and putting them in the stations felt a little hit or miss. This wasn’t a huge deal and it was easy enough to try again, but about half the time I tried putting something in the forge or smelter, I tended to drop it.

Additionally, the mini-game where you need to press SPACE as close as you can to the blue line… I feel that goes VERY fast. I get that is kinda the point, but even for this style of mini-game it felt very fast.

Otherwise, the graphics are very nice, the audio fits this game very well and the mechanics all work as one would expect!

Excellent work!!

I've had a couple of others mention the interact area for the stations seems too short; enough that I should probably adjust it post jam.  I appreciate the feedback and comments.  Thanks for playing!

I really enjoyed the game! I liked the two different mini games, one at the anvil and one at the crafting bench

Thanks for the feedback!  Glad you enjoyed it.

You didn't cheap out on the game icon on desktop, that's some extra points from me lol. The art is crazy polished and coherent. The only thing I can suggest is to add an outline when near an interactable object to help the player. The game was also crazy intuitive, great job

Hahaha, well I already had the sprites cut out for the itch cover image, so I just added the standalone icon while I was at it.  Good point on having some kind of indicator for interaction.  Thanks for the feedback and for playing.

Fun game! I can see the overcooked inspiration.  Gameplay feels polished and well-thought-out.  Overall, a great entry.

Great game! The art, music and SFX are perfect. The event log/tutorial at the bottom-left corner helped me a lot, this way of communicating with the player is different in comparison with other similar games, but I believe that this is the best way!

Developer

Appreciate the feedback.  I do tend to prefer less tutorials and more guiding the player with UX.  But for a jam, I felt a chat log was the way to go since I didn't get an on-screen tutorial finished.  The chat basically just uses the negative cases of the interacts to help guide the player.

Took me a while to figure out exactly what I was supposed to do and in what order - but after I did, it felt pretty good! Really enjoyed the sound track and the visuals.
