Visuals are amazing like the concept. Overall good game. Rated it

Polished game for a game jam! I liked the concept, and it was executed well. I think some more levels would have helped increase the total playtime.

As some other people have mentioned, spawning without a gun immediately made me think I needed to go find one. It's an easy fix, but would help a lot.

Visuals were great and satisfying. Impressive for a game jam! Well done!

nice game, love the little history you gave to this, really fun game. Nice 3d work, maybe the IA try to put then more work for example when recieve a shoot from far away still walking like nothing, and the mechanic with the cold damage was great, good idea to keep the player near to fire and think better to complete the mision.

Game

The reload was my doom in the zombie mode 😄! The zombies were coming in fast.. And could shoot them but on reloading they often got me..

Fun game! The 3d graphics were nice (even though they were assets) and I especially liked the frozen screen effect by the cold. You maybe could exploit that even more in an update. The weapons looked good and the aiming and firing worked well.

The voice over and the helicopter sound at the end helped to build an ambiance. Fire sound effect was also spot on

The mission was a bit short, but the core mechanics could be polished further in the future.

The zombie mode was hard fore me. During reload they got to me. As someone stated earlier. Spawning the zombies somewhere out of sight would be a good improvement. The inventory was a bit small in size and pointing the mouse to use the med kit was a bit clumsy for me.

Some background music would be a bonus for the ears of the user also. Not too load but really as ambiance music.

With some updates it can become even more fun to play.

Overall a job well done. It was short but satisfying 👍.

Devlog

The first devlog I see here that is a video, very cool 😎! And some interesting insights in how you made the game. Nice that you have added a devlog & as a video it is a nice alternative to the written logs. Top!

Actually, the asset I was using to make AI had some issues it couldn't spot the player if I put it in a difficult position so I had to spawn the zombies in a position where the zombie's cam spot him directly! If I could invest a bit more time I would have added many things you told me to add here!

It's a good idea, but there are a few little things that spoiled the overall impression. First, it is better to immediately give the player a weapon. Secondly, it would be nice to make the zombie spawn less visible for the player in zombie mode. And third, you can add music. In general, there were good impressions. I will be waiting for further projects!

Yes, I actually got so little time to work on it that I didn't get to polish it as much, and then the other thing if I spawn the zombie somewhere far from the player it won't even follow the player so I had to spawn them relatively closer or somewhere were from the zombie directly spots the player!
