A playful rocket-propelled adventure game ๐Ÿš€๐ŸŽฎ.

GAMEPLAY
This game entices with its fun booster and anti-gravity concepts, weaving in some puzzle elements within a platformer frame. The challenge of hitting enemies and landing on desired platforms adds to the game's allure, albeit with a touch of difficulty. Last levels were hard/harsh๐Ÿ˜…. Some more control over the booster and throwing mechanics could enhance the gameplay experience, especially for players who might find the current setup challenging like me with my lack of skills ๐Ÿ˜…. It was fun to play!

ART STYLE / VISUALS
The pixel art style is well-executed, creating a coherent and visually pleasing environment. The design of the main character stands out, adding a delightful touch to the game. The consistency in the art style contributes to an engaging visual experience that complements the gameplay well.

AUDIO / SOUND DESIGN
The 8-bit audio track and sound effects mesh well with the game's ambiance, enhancing the overall playful and adventurous vibe. They harmonize with the pixel art style, creating a nostalgic yet fresh audiovisual experience.

THEME

It lightly touches on the theme, it still manages to check the box

It's an enjoyable play that embodies a promising base for further exploration and improvement in the gameplay mechanics. Well done and keep going like this ๐Ÿš€๐ŸŽฎ๐Ÿ‘

It took me a while to get that you had to point the mouse to pick stuff up.... And I couldn't always get the buttons to work. But nice graphics and I enjoyed the part which I could play!

Fun little idea! Very hard final level though

Cool game, feels pretty polished. Not everything is clear with what's going on, but it's fun nonetheless. Could use a little more level design to teach the player how it works or let them practice the mechanics, I wasn't very good with the jetpack.

Good job!

Good game. The left and right mouse click thing was kinda hard to pulloff but it was mostly a skill issue due to not using a plug in mouse

Very fun thank you for that. I did find that shooting the ball really sent it flying which almost led me to lose one. Nice work though!

Super fun! I guess we were sharing the same inspiration pool with games based on propelling yourself with a jetpack and your own projectiles ๐Ÿ˜… naturally I think it's a genius interpretation of the theme! I did give up at the precision jumping part in level 3 after failing twice at it... the controls are a little too floaty to feel like I can consistently make 1 tile wide platforms. I also never figured out what the icons above the boost were supposed to represent?

Great jam entry overall!
