How does your game fit the theme?
Our game fits the theme "Two Points of View" perfectly. In our game, there are two characters: Brain and Gut. Each character has unique abilities to solve different puzzles. Brain can solve some puzzles, while Gut can solve others.

I like the auto narration but can seem to fich the game.
The game was really pretty and the fact that you had voices added to the game blew me away.
I did not see how you interpreted the theme of two points of view. I could change between characters but in the end I didn't really saw how that impacted gameplay or the story.
I hope you keep making games, cause from your work here you have a lot of potential :)
Thank you for understanding. Unfortunately, we canβt finish the game as we had hoped. The plan was to have puzzles that each character could solve in their way (two views), but we ran into some problems and couldnβt make it happen on time.
We are working on fixing issues and improving the game. We will also add missing content, including dialogues, text, and voiceovers.
This was a stylish game! The art looked good, and the voice acting was well done! However, there were moments where there was no sound, and the controls could use some additional polish. I also noticed that characters were sometimes still talking while I was already able to move.
The music and sound effects definitely added to the atmosphere. The theme was fulfilled, as was the color palette.
It is a bit of a 'rough' game, but definitely a solid foundation to build upon with future updates. The concept is a nice one.
All and all still a good effort in the time you had—keep it up in future projects! π
Thank you! Yes, the game has some bugs, and we wonβt be able to complete it on time, so there are missing elements such as dialogues, voiceovers, and finished puzzles.
We are working on a new version that will include fixes, add the missing content, and polish the game.
That is nice to read and something to look forward too :-).
Hope you will be able to add those nice updates after the jam!
As a big fan of point-and-click adventure games, I was really excited to try this. For sure, the parts that impressed me most were the character designs and voice acting. You did a lot with so little, and it's a treat to hear such professional voice acting in a game jam game. Unfortunately, this seems to be more proof of concept than anything, which is understandable given I'm sure this was difficult to make.
If you want to make a full game, my priorities would be allowing characters to pass through each other, more expressions on the characters or just a neutral expression for both, and a better font.
I like the idea and the style of a story/puzzel driven point and click. But it was a bit hard to control especially when switching characters that were moving, also z-index of textures sometimes seemed messed up a bit.
one tip i want to give is make it so people don't walk around when they have dialog i kept clicking to make the dialog faster and the girl was keep doing the moonwalk :D impressive but i guess not what you intended
I like the style of the game and the voice acting, but unfortunately some textures are broken and sometimes the voice acting doesn't play. The g<span class="EzKURWReUAB5oZgtQNkl" data-src-align="118:1" <the<="" span="">ame</span> clearly has potential, and the genre of such a 2d quest gives a sense of nostalgia
