This is super fun to control and I'm looking forward to the full version!

The graphics and vibe are pretty nice and drifting racing games are super fun. I like the voxel ship. I felt the vessel was a little hard to control though, particularly when boosting

Developer

Thanks for playing and the feedback. I've been trying to figure out if I need to tweak the boosting and speed in general, so that's very helpful to know.

I think for me the driftyness / turn speed made things a little difficult. The speed could be okay if there was more control over the ships direction

Speeding on water feels nice. I like the water particle when drifting. Haven't figured out the abilities/items but the driving part is fun by itself. I got a bit motion sickness out of it though cause the camera seems to follow where the vehicle is facing very diligently.

Developer

Thanks! You pick up the items from the rainbow boxes, I forget to include that in my game manual. Some of them have to be locked on to a NPC racer in front of you and it's not super clear in the game right now about that, so that's very possibly what's going on lol. I think with some good UI and a tutorial I can clear that up.

I'll look at that, I thought it was dragging behind a bit but I can definitely put that as a setting in the final game to make it editable how much it's following.
