Fun little short story with cute bits of humor sprinkled in, although I wish the story had bit more depth to it. Oh and iterally everything dies in a single spark, so there’s that too.
I love the humor in this entry. So sad when it ended. I gots to know what happens next D:
Also was kind of expecting evil Harold to look like Oldhar, so nice surprise to see emo Harold instead.
A nice straightforward short story. The suspense on what Therese would do!
This is a good, basic entry. I appreciate the straightforwardness - it's not overly wordy but gets the point across, and battle is as simple as "push Spark to win." While it's not blowing my mind (and the grammar errors make my eye twitch), it's not bad, either. Good entry, Bubu!
I wish there was more depth to the story but its simple and okay. I liked the tonal shift with the choosing to be evil and whip. Combat is extremely simple and mapping is fine.
Is it Wraith or Wrath?
Excellence: Passable. When you're not fighting, you're watching cutscenes or walking around. There was one point where I got confused by the stairs not covered by carpet and didn't think to go around the barricades.
Combat: Attack. Heal. Spark. Not much to write home about, but not frustrating to deal with either. Fights were brief.
Comedy: Strong point of this game IMO. Harold's goofy as always and the Evil Second In Command whipping Harold into shape and the guards cheering each other on also kept the mood light.
Sound: RTP music, some of it slowed down. Expected for a mostly RTP entry.
Visuals: RTP played straight. Looks alright.
Story: Again, not a ton here but the game doesn't suffer from the story either. Not very clear though.
Very special you're welcome! I'd say the best part of the game were the bits of humor and story interspersed. Combat was. . .spark! You did weave a dark tale. I'm pretty sure Therese will be killing Harold pretty quickly though.
