The game looks really nice!

It is fun that the Zealots have their own dialogues. Allium really enjoyed the sounds the people make while talking.

Thanks for trying it out!  We didn't want it to seem like the Zealots were stereotypical evil-doers, so we wanted to humanize them in some way.

Superb! and what a great twist on a stealth game that seems counter-intuitive to the theme at first glance. I really like the fact the in-game dialogues, but I was sometimes unable to read certain dialogues because they were off-screen. The dubbing was a pleasant surprise and made me smile. I also missed the last dialogue because when I was climbing the last stairs to the boat, I double-clicked, which took me straight to the credit. It took me three runs, but I got the whole story in the end ^^

Edit: I must add however that the font for the story panel is hard to read. Also, it was hard for me to get the story context, from my understanding the game itself follow 2 fictional protagonist and the story panel are giving the context of the actual revolt, is that right?

Developer

The dialog boxes being off-screen bugged me too, but just wasn't high enough priority to get to it in time xd

But yes, you seem to have gotten the gist of the story.  As you said, it's a smaller fictional narrative set in the context of the actual revolution.

Thanks for taking the time to try it out and to give your feedback!

Wow!! Cool mechanics, and a well told story. And nice visuals and animations. I had some trouble with controls but it was also kind of fun to figure them out. The toggle follow is also a neat mechanic esp for puzzles / stealth situations!!

Thanks a lot for the feedback, looking forward to trying your submission!

I've already seen a preview of the game, and I knew it wouldn't disappoint me. Great job!

Movement can be a bit janky at times and the main character can't move because the child is sometimes in front. Don't totally get how to avoid Zealots but it was a fun concept.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback!  The zealots just have a mesh attached to them that, when colliding with the player, checks for line of sight.  Some kinda visual representation would have been helpful, I'm sure!
