it's a beautiful forest the one you imagine, full of life, and can feel the ambient changing, really nice vibes.

Very relaxing, the addition of natural sounds makes it really interesting to listen to!I love the scattered an unorganized feeling here but I find my main complaint being that sometimes the piano jumps out a little with these shorter notes. It does sound really pretty tho!

This has a nice vibe, which I really like.

I think for the style, I would use the xylophone a less frequently, and less evenly, have them kind of come in and out a bit more. Their constant presence made it less ambient.

I think it actually detracts from what you did with the rest of it. I also suffered from "I have to add more things to make it interesting," when really, a nice static drone with gentle swells and occasional other elements would have probably helped my track feel more ambient, and would have given it more length and quality without as much effort.

Great work though. I like your choice of instrumentation and it does create the right atmosphere. I also like the way you have things mixed reverb-wise, it fills the space nicely. I'd love to hear you mix this track just removing some of the xylophone and turning it down in the mix (you could even give it its own reverb to fill the space more).

Hey! I did a review of your entry via video. I posted it on the Jam discord but appreciate everyone might not be on there. Here's the video timestamp for your entry: https://youtu.be/1-aLhBdNCKE?t=11329

I love the birds and other sound effects, it instantly paints this vivid, natural scene in your mind when you listen. The use of spacial sound is fantastic as well, as it really feels like it's all around you.
The xylophone (marimba?) almost sounds like it's clipping a bit to me, but it might just be some distortion you applied. Either way it adds a bit of grittiness to the otherwise rather tranquil, peaceful feelings of the other instruments.

Loved the field recorded vibe. Like a window opened for the birds while recording :)
