- THERE IS A TWIG IN THE WAY -

Cool game with a really nice sound design, tho I think that the rope could have been used in a more creative way rather than just as a respawn point

It's a pretty cool game with a unique concept for a rage game that can be improved on. Would love to see you being able to recover anywhere on the surface introducing those swing mechanics. Don't know if it was intended but the movement feel is just... not satisfying, maybe you intended on doing that since it has a rage game concept but still, the acceleration of the character is hella annoying as well as it stopping in the air made me miss a simple jump a lot of the time. The animations feel a bit clunky at times and the rope is freaking out in few areas as well. Either than that it's a solid game with an actual story

There's a point you reach where you died ten times in the smae area and suddenly you feel like you no longer want to continue....

At that point you just enjoy the swinging.

So basically this is a platformer where the rule is don't take fall damage...

I like that you made the fall distance count from where you jumped from instead of how far you actually fell (making jumping superior to falling often), I wonder how it would change the game if you didn't have that...

What if there was a way to like reel yourself back and swing on your rope? ooh...

I like the twig and the story that gets created at the beginning...

googame as they say in my hometown

My main qualms are the tiles not lining up perfectly, not pixel perfect I mean, and also the rope texture doesn't really match, and also the character is slippery and it feels like you wrongly died sometimes...

BRUH THAT ENDING.... :DRAMATIC CHEF KISS:

I think I got myself into a softlock in this position.

Anyways, I finished the game. At first I didn't really get what keeps respawning me, but I got the hang of it shortly after.

And I'm glad that I got further, it's HILARIOUS when you get respawn and the rope is long enough.
