Very nice! I loved the gameplay, art, and you definetely had a better weapon wheel than me! :P

Art is very good and music's catchy. Very nice effects- but the programming could use some work. It also needs something to explain what we should we do- like a tutorial or something. I also noticed it's made by quite a lot of people- wow. Amazing theme idea and lore(?), I loved the idea of us being a kid who wants to be a hero. really nostalgic, to be honest. Onto the numbers:

Music: 9/10.

Art: 9.5/10.

Implementation of mechanics: 7/10.

Theme: 10/10.

Fun: 7.5/10.

Keep it up! Good work folks.

The graphics were nice. Initially I didn't understand what I was supposed to do but after playing it for a while I enjoyed it. Great job :)

Best execution of the theme I’ve seen so far - graphics and gameplay are great! I played it through to the end.

Some things I might suggest:

  • It might be cool to have an icon showing which mode the kid is imaging the stick to be in. Perhaps a little though bubble in the corner to show which one is currently selected?
  • There were times when I wished I could quickly switch from the horse to the sword just by pressing a key.
  • It was hard to tell when I was actually hitting an enemy - it sounded the same whether I was swinging the sword with nobody around or at an enemy.
