Theme Challenge!
2119. Open-Ended. Boundary. Branches. Death is not permanent. These were the planned themes, but the game is more a concept.

The music was really nice. The player upgrades are a bit bugged I think? I had a really cool looking tank thing, then when I got the last pickup I change to the original looking thing but just with large tracks... I think if you cut the scope of this back sooner you could have had an epic game here; just upgrades (combo upgrade) and shooting, maybe in a smaller area. But as you say, you tried to go further with it and you learned some new stuff!

Yeap I should've mentioned that you're not supposed to pick all the upgrades up, but I kept them all there during testing of stuff, and I left them there. :P You're supposed to get 1 upgrade slowly at a time, and the "crafting" bit would be you building yourself up with modules, also you'd craft the modules yourself using the materials. But I got what I needed from the jam game, I thought whatever else I had planned was added into the game, I'd already know how to do it so I'd not learn anything, it's just time-consuming and in this case it was not a resource I can spend without benefit. Thanks for testing! :)

I liked the concept, though I feel that you could have worked on the frame rate issue. I'm not sure if there was a crafting system or not, but I really do love the sprite stacking technique! The surroundings seemed to conflict with the sprite stacking character though, but it isn't enough that its jarring its just noticeable if you're looking for it.

Great concept! I hope you expand on it!

Really cool concept! It was sad and quite beautiful.
