Reminds me of a certain Getting over it by Bennet Foddy lol

Using Q for the jump kinda ticked me off but I did get used to it along with the slam mechanic

QWE is Dota controls (and also more common to RTS games), and is known for tripping up anyone who isn't used to it. Thanks for playing!!

“is known for tripping up anyone who isn’t used to it” - So why did you put me through it???? Yea, I did get accustomed to it. I suck at games so it was difficult for me lol. Not frustrating, good stuff

too many FPS games, need to play some dotes lol. thanks for playing

Pretty cool game! I like the level designs :D And the music was a major vibe I must say.

For constructive criticism;  the action keys Q, W and E being so close together tripped me up a few times LOL.

Like pressing W instead of E when I wanted to teleport. I made it as far till the big rocko dude calling my slam skibidi (bruh) and wasn't sure how to get past him. (Was there a way to?)

As I constantly died and replayed I started thinking... "Is this supposed to be a rage game?" XD. Another thing was the character pausing/being in slow motion when they got a hit I was like "Nooooo use your main character powers and just flicker and let it pass through youuuuu".

Also it was probably just me not getting the references, but I'm not too sure how the theme came into play in the game itself, otherwise I liked the Slam mechanic and overall quite cool!

Nice work qT!

I was also pretty proud surviving this first level with a tiny bit of health left, but this was the innocent me not knowing how much crazier it was going to get ;-;

the use of "QWE" is a dota reference as well, those are the action buttons for that game (although you use the mouse for movement not the arrow keys)

"Gorroth" can be defeated, but you have to activate a zone in the top right and he becomes vulnerable briefly - it is a bit convoluted and not clear i will admit.

let the hits pass through you? i was actually considering a knock back effect at one point but i do understand what you're saying

the "religious" references are very niche, actually a call back to the old "Thief" games from around late 90s early 2000s. Very niche, but they kind of fit into the original Warlock dota lore in a way. If you get them you get them, if not it's just over the head lol

thanks for playing, glad you liked it!

Can you mark the file as an exe or something? It’ll help with your visibility as well
