Nice idea. I liked the idea of the mushroom rotating the floor with the ceiling. You could build levels around that, by having puzzles on both levels before reaching the door. Really cool stuff.
Also I kind of cheated in the last level and went through the lava for the door, since it's so close :p
I noticed that cheat after I submitted lol, just consider it a feature :)
It's a bit hard to know where you're walking but the idea is here and working and is in the theme. And that little twist of having to rotate between the cailing and the floor is a nice touch :).

I feel it would work a lot better with a free look rather than a old fps style.
