Haha Loved it. Nice art, it reminded me of the flash games I used to play on browser. Easy to use menu. It seemed difficult for me to understand at first but aren't all games like that? A few seconds of reading and I understood it. I mean you really can't go wrong with a simple click menu. It was great. Works very smooth as well and had cute cartoony characters with decent music. I noticed a bug when you hit the ghosts that are emitting electricity which causes your player to disappear. Also if you forget to tap on ctrl  to close the consoles they will just stay on the screen until the end. I went till the third level and got stuck there because my chi bar was over. And I thought there would be some clever and fast way to beat that level but I later realised that I could regenerate both my health and my chi, which was a bit disappointing because it kinda removes the difficulty and I was able to finish the game. You could really exploit this feature to limit the chi so that we can only get it from those electricity boxes/poles but to use that skill also we some chi left in the bar so we don't have any chi we just die. That would lead you to build some amazing level designs. Overall solid game! Well done!

THANKS FOR THE FEEDBACK! Hmm I think I kinda understand what is going on with the invisible player bug now (I have also experienced it but wasn't sure what was going on). The issue with the consoles is also something I should remember for next time. Maybe like an auto close. I'm not really sure what I could implement well. I have a lot to learn. Hmm your point on the easy regeneration of chi and health is a good one. I just realized it erases all difficulty if I don't limit the player's ability to prevent a game over / death. I will make sure to consider this also as it is very important. Thanks

I really enjoyed the gameplay and I think it has a lot of potential with some improvments. I love how combing methods and properties created new magic which I think fits the theme very well. One thing I would like to see changed is the magic menu its self. It's a bit clunky to use and I think a combo system or radial menu would work better. Good job!

THANKS FOR THE FEEDBACK! hmm I'll look into how to make more unique and engaging menus.

overall, an impressive effort, i do miss the element of "crafting", not necessarily in the classical style, but perhaps, something beyond a categorical selection-system, the visual aspect and gameplay was however more unique then i expected, and i was pleasantly surprised by this submission,

well done!

THANKS FOR THE FEEDBACK! I agree the category selection is a bit simple. The art was painstakingly made with Adobe Illustrator and I got to adding only one shader but I'm proud of it.

I had trouble to understand how to regain mana or how to kill an enemy. But it's pretty fun and very pleasant to look! GG!

THANKS FOR THE FEEDBACK! Hmm sorry to hear you had troubles getting used to the concepts. Maybe I should rethink how I make tutorials. Mana can be regained by selecting healing and consume and then holding shift. You'll know you did it right when a magic circle appears behind you and your cloak turns green. Enemies cannot be killed with the attack spell which electrifys them. The intended way to kill enemies is with the heal others spell (healing+emit). This was supposed to be a callback to class fantasy where one would heal the undead to get rid of them.
