The scene is set so well and the characters have such interesting personalities. It was an easy and fun read!
A mostly deforested valley is a great visual right from the start. I liked the conversational tone you used to present information. I recommend flipping "The Saddest Village in the Barony" and the "How to use this Adventure" sections.
The adventure has a great personality, I like the themes explored, and you did a good job capturing a run-down feeling in the town.
I liked the layout of the Temple and the Caves/Cellar and that they were not overly dense. If I were running this I think I'd try to add a few set pieces or interesting moments in some of the rooms.
I loved how you wrote Silence! The world needs more nuanced characters like her. Really nice premise and the twist! Love how it got some meat to it ;)
This is a fun little adventure that seems built around story beats. The writing style doesn't lend itself to being run on the fly (my own entry has a similar problem), but it should be easy to run with a few quickly scribbled GM notes. The descriptions, especially of the village, do an excellent job setting the scene.
Hah this is a sad town. I really like that the temple specializes in massage. I think you can find Ridmad off I-95.
The maps are great and easy to read! Some interesting story beats.
Very cool. The character of little Karl is inspired.
