has a great minimalist artstyle and plays out really well in general, although i had some trouble with some levels but thats me being bad at the game.
great job overall!

Developer

Thanks for playing! I think there could be a more gradual difficulty increase with more easy levels in the beginning. That way maybe there would be more time to get used to the game.

Great visual,  and interesting concept but the physics were a bit tricky to handle (I don't even know if I managed to master it).

Overall, it was an incredibly polished game both in terms of sound and graphics (thanks for the option to turn off the particles)

Suggestion: make the aim's color a little brighter to better contrast with the background

Developer

Thanks for playing! The trick is to grab from far away - that way you get more pull force.

And thanks for the feedback :)

One level was too difficult for me, I cannot jump enough to the hole, the three dots was too far to accelerate to it.

Developer

Hey, thanks for trying it! If you grab a dot from further away, you'll gain more speed than if you grab close to it.

This is too new to me and too difficult to control. I myself don't have a good suggestion to make this works better but this game looks well done. Good job.

Developer

Hey, thanks for trying it! You may find a controller easier to use. I'm not sure how else I could make the game easier, maybe more easy levels?

Submitted(+1)

Maybe autochoosing next connection point based on player's velocity direction and distance to points.

Developer

Yeah the aiming could be improved for sure, it's a bit tricky to balance it though (I also want to make sure the aiming is identical on mouse and controller).

I believe that I made the game harder for myself because I played it on a laptop touch-pad, but once I got the grip, swing around was fun.

Developer(+2)

Yes trackpad may be hard, especially if your trackpad blocks input when using the keyboard like mine does lol. Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed it!

For a game made in 10 days the game is really polished, even if it took a while the controls are really well tuned and the animation is incredible, you even did all of this AND made an editor, i'm speachless, great job!

Developer

Hey, thanks for playing it on stream, it's really helpful to see people play on video. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Impressive, very nice those physics looks hard af to implement

for some reason my keybaord/mouse wasnt working, maybe because my controller was connected so I just played with the controller. Also, something must have happened in the last level beucause I could reach the upper plataform no matter what. Anyways the game is really fun

Developer

Huh, that's strange that keyboard and mouse didn't work...

The physics are actually not that hard to implement, I used verlet integration, there's a short series on youtube that covers it in javascript. I guess the difficult part is the polygon collisions, but I used a library to help me with that.

You can see how I implemented it here and here.

Thanks for playing :)

One of the best games from this jam!

I didn't notice that I could use the keyboard and played only with the mouse for the first 5 levels and thought the game was really hard hahah

Developer(+1)

Yeah there could be some way to instruct the player what the exact controls are in-game. Thanks for the kind words!

Solid game with a nice color palette and music.

Developer

Thanks! The music was rushed in the last 2 hours of the jam, glad it still turned out ok.

so smooth on every aspects! Impressive work

Thank you!

this absolutely rules. fluid, looks and sounds great -- i love the stages where you have to use your ball momentum to manipulate some weird world of goo thingie into the right spot! excellent work!

Developer

Thanks! I tried to make sure that everything is polished. Making good puzzles is hard though, I wish I came up with more clever ways to force the player to manipulate the world.

really great to play and nice sound too!

Developer

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the sounds, I wish I had more time to add more and to polish them but I only had the last 2 hours left to do the audio.
