I really like the concept, but the game was  a bit confusing. I think if controls were a bit simpler, it would help (like don't mix mouse and keyboard, and perhaps, switching to the creature view can be done by going to a location rather than pressing a key.)

I see potential in the game concept, but it's missing some game feeling.

I think that you need to balance some fast rewards with the long term goal of keeping the cell and the body alive.

very cool idea I don't understand what all I am supposed to be doing a good tutorial would work wonders laying out your tasks one by one until you get  used to all you are supposed to be taking care of
