Did you work in a team?
I worked by myself.

Was the resolution a challenge?
The hardest part of dealing with the resolution was getting text to be legible and not too intrusive.

What did you learn?
I learned a lot about C# coding and Unity workflow for pixel art. I didn't get to make as many proper animations as I would have liked, but I'm proud of the ones I did make.

Excellent game! I laughed when I realized the sprite is a tiny person with a giant backpack. It represents the relationship very well, I think.

Graphics are great, and the turning animation for the character is a nice touch. The text is particularly impressive; I wish the text in my game looked that stylish.

The UI design is well done fits the core mechanic perfectly, and I love the animations. I wish the game was a little slower and had an attack cooldown so I could be a bit more strategic with cards, but given this is a solo project it's really impressive that you were able to do so much already. Great job!

Interesting mechanic with the weapon,  and I liked the animation when the creature eats him :)

very original and fun gameplay. The animation when the backpack eats the player is top !

Awesome Game! I really like the idea! I felt like I wasn't really looking at my hotbar though, I just spammed the attack keys until the enemy was dead, If you had more time to look and decide what weapon to use next, if the enemy encounters were slightly less urgent, I think I would pay more attention to it.

I think that this could be a start of something really cool, and I love the animations too! they're super juicy!

That was a fun action-based card-like roguelike(lite??) game! Definitely fit the 64x64 resolution limit and the pixel art and animations was quite nice. I really liked the demon backpack and its dynamic with the story. Well done!

I liked this game. It was satisfying to roll my finger's along a, s, and d, to really wallop bigger foes. That is, until bigger foes finally got the best of me. The backpack demon was a fun character-- a bit chatty-- but fun. Good concept, good execution.
