Did you work in a team?
just me, and it was a blast making this in about 24 hours.

Was the resolution a challenge?
making a "computer sim" style game in a 64 x 64 limitation was a great challenge I thoroughly enjoyed!

What did you learn?

Definitely not what I expected, an unsettling atmosphere communicated in very few words.

This is not meant to be a knock on the game itself or the creative vision, but I deal with so many username and password forms in my daily life that I kind of sigh and shudder whenever I see one, even if it's in a game and a part of the world you're building.

This game does have a horror element to it, so maybe the username / password form is a part of that atmosphere?

The computer rebooted on me. I saw the username and password form. I decided not to continue playing because it's too much of a reminder of annoying things I have to do in my daily life.

Indeed, the login part of the game was intended to serve a far larger purpose, but ended up being a bit more intrusive than I would have liked. It still does have a purpose for finding endings, as with the rebooting.

This is so cool,  :D couldn't find all endings but  just because I suck at this kind of game lol. Everything works as is suppose to and the visuals are top tear! congratz my dude doing a game with this quality in 24 hours shows how talented you are!

:) great job!

Oh wow, this is unexpected and very well done.  I love how much the user interface feels like a real OS, and there's lots of clever bits of storytelling

Ok this is the perfect game for 64x64px resolution! It was really fun to explore all the different endings. Well done! I like how the first shopping list is all cute and innocent and then the second one is--- very different lol

I got stuck on the screen after
using the admin login tho, was that intended?
Developer

Thanks for playing! Unfortunately, I ran out of time to add a way to log out, but it adds to the atmosphere so lets call it intended :)

Very good concept and great game! You fit it into the resolution really well and made the game very interesting with so little. I got 5/6 endings and couldn't figure out the last one. Also there is a bug (ah the irony) where the bugs that you clear reappear when you close a window and reopen it. One thing I would add to the game is a few more sound effects for clicking and typing for example. Also I couldn't figure out how to exit the screen when you type the admin log in so I had to refresh the page. Overall great game, I really enjoyed playing it!

Thanks for playing! Yea, the double stacking bugs bug (haha) was a huge problem I never managed to fix. And yessss, the addition of more sounds would have greatly added to the entire effect.

As for the endings, 1 is from collecting all the bugs, 1 is in the files, 1 is in the messages, and 3 are in the browser.

Again, thanks for playing!

What a wild game! I love this concept and I think it was very well done. This is definitely in the top 5 games I've reviewed so far.
P.S. I forgot to mention that the visual style and audio is just perfect. Again, well done.
