Nice pixel art ! Interesting water and shadow mechanics! Jump is maybe too high)

Nice graphics, but overall quite hard to play… play area considering sprite size, speed and specially jump boost don’t work. The sun should have been “sticky” in the ceiling and not follwing you around I’d say. You have a nice start, now this needs some love and evolve into it’s full potential!

The art is very nice, though having the sun stick to you like that looks really odd.

Gameplay could definitely use improvement.
Movement feels unnatural - the instant turn around is jarring, and the jump is way way too fast and too high.
Slowing it down a bit maybe, adding some acceleration/deceleration, and lowering the jump speed and/or height, could make it feel a lot better.

Cool little game! The art was wonderful to look at and the music and audio fit great with the game.

Have to agree though, that with how little you see on the screen at once, the pacing of the game was a bit fast. I found myself inching along so that I wouldn't run into a slime or fall into a pit I couldn't see until the last second. And with that, the thirst and water fell down much faster than I could keep up with. I feel like the game could benefit from a slower character and a bit more of a forgiving thirst and water mechanic. It also might've been nice to have an audio que or something to indicate when my thirst was low, or some visual change with the thirst bar, because unless I kept a constant eye on my thirst I'd find myself dead.

Over all though I love the mechanics that are in the game! They just need a bit of balancing to make it a more fun experience. Good job to both of you!

H2ohno pretty cool.

I feel like this game was hit hard by the limitations of 64*64. It looks and sounds amazing but i'm having trouble with how fast it moves and how little you can see on the screen at once.

The water mechanic and umbrellas i really like as a concept and it works pretty well. But again its really hard to use when you can't see where you are going or if there is a slime there :(
