How does your game fit the theme?
The more damage you take, the more stressed out you'll be. When "Spike is ready" take a deep breath and exhale to unleash an explosion of spike all over your enemies. Breathing in too short will give you panic attack and increase your stress, when your stressed reach maximum level, you'll explode and die!

I really like the character design and environment of the game.  I found the gate level to be too difficult for me. I might give it a few more tries in the future, but for now I need to forfeit. It would be nice if the game paused when you receive an upgrade. While the stress and spike mechanic is cool, I often ended up dying while trying to trigger a good explosion. Nonetheless, overall well done!

Interesting idea to tie your health to your combat effectiveness and also make it a risk and reward system! Works pretty well, only a bit let down by having no damage I-frames after taking damage, so it's quite punishing to fully utilize your stress meter. Cool characters and animations as well!

Pretty cool and creative idea! Good presentation and nice art style! Game is running well too!
At the end though I wasn't sure if getting angry and using that wide range attack doesn't kill me too in some way? I feel that difficulty level is rising too quickly. And these doors sure have lot's of HP :D Sometimes I didn't realize what killed me ;)

Thank you for your feedback! Glad to know that you appreciate the game. It is indeed wasn't very clear on the whole stress/angry and spike shooting mechanic, we'll try to address it better in the description somehow, consider we cannot iterate and make another build to improve the tutorial :'(

I have no idea why Itch so rarely shows your game in players' queues and why it has so little ratings. Congrats on having the most Karma of all the raters. You done your part, but itch hasn't done its part. It's not fair. I'll be sure to rate it if it ever comes up in my queue.

I loved the puffer character. Very creative!

I couldn't quite figure out the breathing out though and how exactly to trigger the spikes, and what exactly the numbers in the UI meant. I understood that holding spacebar breathes in, and releasing it exhales, but couldn't make sense of when to breath in and when to breathe out, and how to trigger the spikes by doing so, other than the spike fire once in a while on an exhale. I see the numbers but don't know what they are for.

Any more hints/explanations on it would be appreciated! Could you also post them to the main description too so that other players can learn it too?

Thank you very much for playing the game and give us some feedback! We will make some graphics + instruction to clarify this better in the description
