How does your game relate to the theme?
My game is a rhythm game where you go tubing down a river. The river as well as going with the music both fit into the theme "Flow".

The only asset I used was a portal that's in GB Studio by default. Other than that I did all the music, art, etc.

Your art is really cool!
nice little game. I'm looking forward to make rhythm game by myself one day. So it's very inspiring example for me
Great game, great implementation for rhythm game in GB Studio, the control is little bit slippery but overall it is a great experience.
What a cute game! Impressive that you made this in an even shorter time. This concept is pretty neat but the satisfaction in a rhythm game is taping on the beat. Maybe you could add a hard mode where you have to both press and move to the orb.
Thanks for the comment! Honestly, was thinking of breaking this game up into a set list of a bunch of songs/levels. I want to try to do multiple rhythm games/themes for each set of levels. It’s basic right now but there’s a lot I could expand on from here. But, you’re right. Clicking on beat is where the satisfaction of a rhythm game comes from.
That's great! I hoped that you get to finishing it then. Finishing a large project is extremely hard after all.
hi, what are the controls for the game? i cant get past the part where it says like "hi im retro', is there a button i can press to move on?
If you're on mobile, it's "A" on the touch screen. If you're on PC you'd push "Z" on your keyboard.
