Nice, simple idea and good use of external assets. I thought I was softlocked and then came here and read some of the comments. Gave it another go. It's a fun mechanic but I think the teleport throw needs some more tweaking. I found trying to throw it onto high platforms pretty difficult and frustrating. Part of this could just come down to level design, though. Overall I think this is a great start.

Short but cute and fun game! It's a fresh idea that you have to unlock literally every ability lol. Didn't find anything wrong with this, it's just quite short.

Cute game! Unfortunarely, I get stuck at the fireworks level on lower platform. It would be great if teleporting orb can be thrown higher.

Wish it be a full game!

It should be possible to jump and then throw the sphere to get to a higher platform, if I'm thinking of the same place.  I should probably increase the range of the sphere a bit to make it more forgiving though.  Thanks for playing!

The first such place was ok, but in the other I couldn't do it even close and gave up.

Oh I see now, thanks for providing the GIF.  That jump across that gap is actually intended to be impossible until you go back and get another powerup from a small area to the left of where the game started.  I realize now that the jump does look like it could maybe be possible, so it's not clear what needs to be done.  I think I'll put a note on the game page for now until I can update the game.

Oh, I see now! The most unobvious thing for me here was that I should return to the VERY beginning, back to the first location. Collected all 5 fireworks, so it works:) BTW The ability to go through passage between locations exists by default, no need to take powerup for it beforehand.

Great, thanks for giving it another go!  You're right, it looks like I forgot to actually add a check in the code that you have the doorway powerup, lol.  The game is supposed to be a metroidvania, but since my game is so linear up to that point I totally understand that needing to go way back isn't obvious.  I was running out of time before the deadline to put more work into the level design, but for this genre especially I wish I had dedicated more time to it.

I thought this game was cool! I really thought the way you introduced even simple movements as unlockables was awesome. The puzzle aspect was a cool twist and I thought the gameplay was smooth. If you kept working on this project, my suggestion would be to experiment more with the teleport orb. I thought it was a great mechanic but felt that it was hard to control/could be more forgiving or variable in its distance maybe?

This is a cute little game!

I was enjoying it until I got stuck in a place where I couldn't jump back up...
