I had some trouble figuring out the jump mechanic, but once I read a particular comment, it clicked. My highest score was 3225. The only criticism is that sometimes the platforms seem to stop generating.

Very unique controls, really enjoyed playing this once I figured out how! (a tutorial or some introduction to the sideways movement would be nice) (atleast, assuming that's intentional but I think so considering the platform height)
It's really tricky keeping the momentum going and somewhat going straight aswell!
3800 something is my highscore :D (bruh I already forgot the exact number)
Was confused about how I couldnt reach some platforms but figured out you can hold space and move from side to side to reach them. Character sprite is cute and the controls are responsive but I think it would be a good idea to make it so that your jump can always reach the next platform. Good entry nonetheless!
Cool game I like the concept, and the way the jump increases when you move is a nice touch, it reminds me of Icy Tower, but sometimes the distance between two platforms is too far, other than that it’s great.
Good luck with your jam
Great art! But sometimes the distance between two platforms are too far apart.
Congrats on finishing the game jam! The graphics are nice and pleasing, but I'll admit that the (1) platform that spawns just out of reach is the bane of my existence. I only got to a score of around 300 before dying, would love to see a patch!
its essentially a doodle jump clone where you manually jump, sometimes the platforms spawn out of reach and you inevitably die,
The game looks and sounds great, but some platforms a little out of reach for the player.
