i really like the graphics and the audio in the game.
I felt the game a bit repetitive though, as in, it was fish, starfish, fish, starfish, in the same order (with jelly fish ofcourse) but they didnt get harder, they didnt get stronger, it was the same order, same pattern, so after a bit it was kinda repetitive and i knew where the startfish where going to be, so when there on the bottom i do the secondary attack, and it wipes them all out in one hit.
The limitation wasnt so clear also, as i didnt have to "slow down" time at all since it was quiet easy.
Thanks for playing
Initially jellyfish suppose to shoot but that was crazy hard. And after removing that game become very soft.
We tried to implement limitation by not allowing any sort of healing which makes player have finite health.
thanks for playing
Very polished little game! I liked the final boss a lot :D The limitation didn't come through incredibly clearly, or it at least seemed too generous. I think some of the health levels could have been tweaked to make it slightly more challenging.
Thanks for playing, we kinda preferred to make it easy rather than hard because of time
That's fair!
Very polished and fun, I like how each enemy type compliments the gameplay instead of just being random, like the piercing are perfect for the enemy patterns. Great job!
Thank you for the comment, and yes the enemy patterns were a bit tough to make work without overwhelming the player, but thankfully the team's coder is a very competent dude and made both the enemies and the weapons function in a unique fashion each.
I didn't know I needed a Shmup with a shark until now. Damn adorable!
Thank you, the little shark was a bit tough to handle but I'm glad that people are finding him charming... hopefully we might see more adventures with him in the near future.
