I dont know... i wanted to make everything procgen from environment to enemies but i didnt have enough time to make enough variations of the "pieces" for it to be noticable.

Awesome art fully 10/10 there, you have pulled out all the stops to make your game look amazing and it plays really well. Good job!
Thanks!! The game art was made by me, the splash art is made by my very talented team mate ScruffyToad. There is alot missing from this and we are developing it further, if you want to follow the development, join our discord your suggestions and criticism would be valued! https://discord.gg/yyTBU6QV
A really cool looking game! nice to play and the art is amazing! Good job :)
thanks join our discord to follow the continuation of the project! https://discord.gg/yyTBU6QV
Unfortunately I don't have discord :( But i'll try my best to follow the game through the devlogs (If you post them on Itch.io)
i sure will!!
pretty nice to play. went for a dungeon and died, was not able to respwawn. fighting feels really fluent is a joy, sounds when hitting enemies or crashing barrels would be awesome addition. Music is epic and gives a lot to it.
thanks, yeah 100% agree some serious issues that need to be addressed ive added the death screen and a dungeon end goal, still havnt done sfx yet, also fixed char creation to have base stats so players cant start with 0 speed (didnt expect people would do that but... lol). just waiting for voting period to end to update. awesome feedback, very consrtuctive thanks! if you wana follow the development join our discord youre suggestions and constructive crit would be valued https://discord.gg/yyTBU6QV
Literaly pick a mage with 1 int and 9 speed, clear all the room from furniture and enemies, comeback as melee and die. 9/10 for mechanics, art and music(atmosphere is a BOMB), but there's nowhere to go, no end and stuff.
Would like to see parry for melee, it will be playable at least.
And some base values for hp and speed, I maxed int at first and couldn't move
And a way to return to main menu so I can change my character
Yeah, a character customisation with 3 classes and 3 races with 3 stats to balance was alot to take on for a mini jam, so there is alot to be improved and fixed. Base stats was the first thing i changed after the jam but i havnt uploaded as i think a jam game should be as is for the voting period.
Well, it's nice principle, but then I'd want to play a more polished version.
yeah, but i feel it defeat the purpose of the challange of the jam update afterwards, i feel late subs are enough and i was already late submitting, soon as voting ends il update if you r still interested
This is really impressive & polished for a 72 hour game. The splash art is great!

Wow really big game for a jam! Really nicely done! :)
Thank you, all i make is roguelikes so that part was easy and im always drawing characters so i have a constant stream of assets to use, the splash art was made by my team mate ScruffyToad, im no way near talented enough to do something like that. If you wana follow the continuation of the game join our disc wed love your input especially with art, your art was really nice! https://discord.gg/p6VchFDQJc
I couldn't play much because WebGL was lagging but nice job!
Thank you for taking time to play, yeah i would prefer to do a exe but most people wont play them.
The state of the game now is fine with controls that feel good, but with more development this game could become a lot better.
Thank you, i agree 100% there is so much missing but i think the potential is good for this game and could become something people enjoy to play!
I plan on continuing development of the game, if youre interested in following its progress, join our discord: https://discord.gg/p6VchFDQJc
the controls felt really good and responsive which made the combat fun. it got boring kind of quickly though without an objective or goal. i could see this being a really fun game if you put more into it!
Thank you for your feedback, i agree without a clear goal it is limiting enjoyment wise. I am going to be continuing this was another prototype for an idea ive had for a while, i wanted to get some jam feedback so i tried making it in a weekend, very much overscoped but i enjoyed pushing the limits to see what i could do.

The graphics and music are really awesome!
the gameplay gets boring pretty quick because I dont know what to do except of killing the enemies.
I played as an archer and basicly no enemy was able to hit me because i could just stand still and bowspam them.
When i got bored and let an enemy kill me nothing happened, my character died but no game over screen or respawn at all!
Also using Pathfinding would improve the enemies a ton.
(You should read into this https://arongranberg.com/astar/)
Thanks for the feedback, im aware of astar ive used it many times in the past. There is so much missing from the game that would improve the game, though i enjoy overscoping and pushing myself to the limit to see what i can do.
i like this game
It felt like a classic top-down shooter with randomly generated rooms. The object's destruction effect is really cool. I also liked the door opening animation. Perhaps adding an end screen and a replay button would make replaying the game smoother.
yeah its missing alot but i was a day late already.
i’m not sure where, if anywhere, i’m supposed to be going, but i had a good deal of fun just chilling behind the thin walls and shooting the enemies through them while they sat there helplessly
oh and the effects when blowing up furniture were quite satisfying
Yeah, im guity of cheesing the wall hacks too lol
