Use of the limitation
To progress player must constantly change between normal world and alternative one. Each time player changes world, their health decreases, so player has to search for medkits to be able to change worlds and progress

Nice game with a creepy atmospere! I couldn't pass a cliff, though, I believe there is more content beyond there.
I got sticky keys warning while using the Shift key. Maybe we can switch with another key?
