Use of the limitation
I've been playing subway surfers lately, and thought of the idea where it's a game that you can't win. You will always lose, so the challenge becomes to live as long as possible. I used the theme as a way to give the player a choice -- keep your hearts to tank damage, or sacrifice them to remove more enemies.

Art style is pretty sweet! Like the extinction effect of enemies.

How do you score points in the game? It looks a little randomized, makes no sense, hit a penny or just grazed.

It is not clear why it's necessary to destroy all zombies in exchange for life. It would make sense if the player was protecting something or anything like that. The level is also quite empty, the player has no need to move on it, as he can simply shoot from the center. Some new enemy type (such as zombies emerging from the ground) or new task could make the gameplay more interesting.

Points are scored based on hitting zombies -- e.g. if you hit 1 zombie, then you gain 1 point.

And thanks for the feedback! I hadn't really thought of adding obstacles to the level when I made it (it's meant to be similar to an endless scroller, except in this case an endless shooter). It definitely would've solved the issue of not needing to move from the center.

Nice game! I liked the art style

Great game! the art style reminds me of that Stardew valley Arcade minigame. I liked the controls, they felt quite responsive, the idea is cool, and overall game feels pretty polished, the only thing I would like to see is a bit more level variety (like obstacles).

But overall the game is great, especially for only 3 days! Would be cool if you'd check out my game too ;)

I like the gameplay and the art.

The controls feel a bit wonky tho I can get used to it. I couldn't get the right click to work for some reason, but the idea sounds cool.

I enjoyed the game but I wish I could get the right click to work :)

Unfortunately the right click was a typo on my part, it's supposed to be a space-- i'm uploading a fixed version of the game now tho :)

(i couldn't change it before due to limited desktop exports per day)
