Very fun to play, and nice visuals. Controls feel good.

The game itself is really easy because of the poison wisps. Maybe you could have a limit to the wisps and always keep the most recent ones, or maybe have a time limit for them, because the poor boss got infected to death haha.

Also, hitting enemies could have more visual feedback, more "impact". But other than that specifically, the game has a lot of juice in the visual department, and the sword effect is hella cool. Good job!

Developer

Why I didn't think of time limit! Brilliant idea! Oh well, next time I guess. Glad you like the game!

super impressive for a jam. The concept is awesome and the visuals and sounds are awesome. Good job!

Developer

Thanks for playing! Simple tricks like screenshake really goes a long way. The sounds are from opengameart iirc, I have links to them on the page if you are interested. Free resource gang haha!

That's a really cool concept, I'm intrigued to see it in a bigger game... Anyway the game is cool, a little too hard for me, but congrats on developing those mechanics in 3 days !

Developer

Thank you! My teammate also helped with coming up with the idea. As for a bigger game? Thanks for the suggestion but I don't want to touch this damn thing for a good while lmao.

I liked! but at first it took me a while to understand the gameplay

Developer

Thanks you! Mind elaborate which part you didn't catch?

Cool game, i like the concept but i feel like it's a little too easy. If you die at the boss fight basically you could just wait and let the poison kill the boss. Btw good game overall

Developer

Yeah I notice that just after finishing the boss fight, I had no time or brain to think of a better boss fight. Thanks for playing!

Interesting use of limitation, especially with different ways of death!

Developer

Thank you!

This is very fun.  It could use some tweaking though as the poison wisps seem over powered

Developer

It had really pathetic damage early in the development, it's really annoying to me when I played myself so I thought others wouldn't enjoy that either, thanks for the feedback! Glad you had fun :)

ok, I can't pass it on but I love it hahaha, the graphics, the art, the pieces, the music, the super polished control, very good entry, congratulations

Developer

Thank you! Yours too <3

I had a lot of fun playing this. Great job releasing something so polished for the jam!

Developer

Glad you enjoyed it!

You know what, this game just made me realize that there aren't enough submissions in this jam that let me wield a comically large short, I had quite a blast playing this!

Developer

It was easier to just call it a comically large sword than to adjust it to a good size, thanks for playing!

Great use of theme, though the limitation is a stretch. Love the music and its fun to play, no big complaints here.

Developer

I didn't make the music tho it was from opengameart, glad you had fun :)
