The music and art style is dope! I love it, super old-school :)) I accidentally broke the game though and jumped inside a wall and got stuck...oops :((

My feedback is that there is way too much writing on the controls menu/canvas, players wont typically have the attention span to read all that. Try to include that text as separate dialogue pop-ups in-game instead. Its easier to read short snippets than to read everything at once.

Otherwise, it was a really fun game, great concept and you are onto something really great here!

There is some potential for an interesting game here, but the technical execution was somewhat buggy. Changing the direction of your arrow is a good idea for a mechanic, but I didn't feel the need to use it to progress through the levels, it was easy enough to just dodge the enemies until I got stuck inside a wall and was not able to continue.

Also it seems that after a game over and restarting at the beginning, the first room transition was much harder to activate, and the second one would not trigger at all.

Controlling the arrow after it left your bow seems like a cool concept, but I wish you build more upon that concept.
I noticed some bugs which collision and getting stuck behind walls.
The colliders on enemies were to big, e.g when the player dies from contact damage but there is clearly space between the enemy and the player.

Visually the game looked good and fitted well together.

Some interesting mechanics here, but the execution is very buggy. I ended up getting stuck in the floor during a screen transition and I was unable to continue. Grats for still managing to make it into the jam though!
