Cute platformer - and once I’ve got used to the controls it had a pretty nice difficulty :)
I did like that all the platforms were linked to the music track, but the track was a bit long to become all that familiar with so it did make it hard to know when the purples were going to go/come back!
Thanks for playing! I noticed a little too late that the purples were a bit too difficult to move with. Will fix after the Jam.
Honestly it's a very nice game and the rhythm is used in an interesting way, but it's just so uncomfortable to have the Z key for jumping, you could've put either W or Space and it would've been waaay easier to play. Still a nice game though, and the lofi music is very nice and chilling!
I suppose if you are using AD for movement then Z jumping would be awkward. I Realize that when I tested I was using strictly Arrow Keys and Z. I guess I should of just made spacebar jump. Will fix after Jam.
It all looks very nice and I was excited to play, unfortunately I could not jump. The standard "w" and "space" did not work. Is that a bug or am I doing something wrong?
