The feel and atmosphere of the game are well implemented.
I didn't really get behind the mechanics of the light though.

I liked the atmosphere though I ended up bashing the spacebar since there wasn’t a downside to it. Very spooky!

I'm glad you liked the atmosphere! 🏮

Recharging the light does slow movement for a duration, but I didn't communicate that too well 😅 In the future I'll probably work more on adding animations, props for shadow, and more intense monster chase sequences so players actually feel the drawback.

Huh, I escaped, I thought I would never make it out. When I say the exit, I ran away at first, cause I thought it was another monster ^^

I escaped! Good atmosphere

Great idea, atmosphere, and execution!

Well Done, short and good.

Neat! I really like the idea of needing to charge the flashlight. Although I ended up spamming the space key a lot :)

Not sure what is happening. This game doesn't seem to want to load for me.

Sorry about that! I had to enable `SharedArrayBuffer` under the itch settings for it run due to Godot 4.0 so that might be giving your browser issues.🤔
I've uploaded Linux and Microsoft builds if you're still interested in trying it out!
