Super interesting. It was really hard to kill those little freaky spaceships. And a nice design choice, that you don't start with that cannon but must unlock it. I liked it pretty much.

Developer

Yes the spaceships are very pesky haha. Glad you enjoyed and thanks for playing :)

Concept and idea on this are really cool! I even did something similar lol!

Good gameplay, nice sound. Keep it up!

Developer

Thanks glad you like the concept! I actually love the way you did the controls in your game

Really enjoyed this idea actually! And the space worm was pretty creepy with its tentacles! Movement was a bit strange and I never was able to get used to it. However, when I was so determined to beat it, the worm glided right through the sun and left me just sitting there with the timer at zero, no enemies in sight... was this victory? Was this emptiness the conclusion we so sought for?? Years of waging war on that blasted space worm! Countless systems destroyed at the end of it's beastly tentacle mouth! All for what?? Him just to pass by one day! This emptiness.. this pain.. someone must fulfill the duty of the worm.. if not he..... then I.

Hmm interesting must have been a bug I didn't come across in testing thanks for letting me know. I do enjoy the existential message that it left you with though ;)

The idea for the concept and the overall art style are cool.
The moment where the giant space worm comes into frame felt pretty unexpected and horrific. :D

Developer

Haha yes I wish I had more time to do some animations for the space worm, but glad the cosmic horror came across. Thanks for playing :)

Very fun game, controls take some getting used to, the orbital orientation is unusual.

Developer

Yes agreed I really wanted to keep the orbital controls for more theming but they could definitley have used some more work to make them more intuitive. Thanks for playing :)

The upgrades and overall concept were really fun, yet i wish that surviving was more crucial, something like survive for a minute to face a bossfight, rather than die to start a bossfight. But despite that, I enjoyed the game

Developer(+1)

I could see that, more along the lines of the boss fight being the reward for playing well vs a punishment for dying. Thanks for playing :)

This was really fun to play! The movement was a bit confusing sometimes and it was a bit limiting that you couldn't move far enough from the sun to collect some of the resources, but it is a great game other than that!

Developer

Glad you enjoyed playing :) Agree that the movement could have used some more refining
