Really enjoyed this one! Neat little language game. I liked it a lot more when the puzzles became more abstract with the language, instead of just letter matching. But there was a lot there! Proud to say earth was safe under my watch.

Developer

Thanks a lot! I'm really happy you enjoyed the game and saved the Earth :).

I had a good time, excellent use of the limit and I liked that you used multiple types of translation. Music was a bit too quiet, and I was a bit confused in the first part as the different size of pixel symbols created sightly different looking symbols for the same letter.

Developer

Hey, thank you so much! The symbols are kinda meant to mimic handwriting, so that's why it's not exactly the same. Maybe that wasn't a great choice considering you have to recognize a whole new language.

Alarmingly high diplomatic stakes! Music was a little quiet, but things went well altogether. Congrats on the submission!

Developer

Haha, really nicely said, thank you. You have a point with the music, I was just worried it's terrible, so I didn't wanna make it too loud.

Great use of the limitation and excellent presentation! Just wish I was better at translating so that the Earth would stop blowing up lol

Developer

Thank you so much! Yeah it's pretty tricky at times haha

I love the concept! Earth blew up which was funny but couldn't figure out how to learn what to do

Hey, thank you for playing and commenting! I apologise for not providing an explanation, I have yet to write one at least in the page description. If you are willing to try it again I will provide one here: In the first section, titled Text to translate, there is a sentence that you are asked to translate into English using the Language samples below. They give you some letters/meanings of symbols and your task is to decipher the rest. Then literally type it into the Translated text box on the right. It will then be checked by pressing Enter or clicking the Confirm button, and if it's correct, the Earth won't explode.
