Amazing. I had a hard time with the spacebar as reset as others pointed out, but other than that this was really enjoyable!
I had fun! I loved the way the chicken moved, it felt really alive. I think you definitely picked the right style of animation for the game. I also really liked the music during the intro/explanation. Echoing what an earlier commenter said about jumping, specifically getting from the second to the third checkpoint was aggravating the first time through. Shaking the window on startup made me laugh out loud. Overall a fun time!
Thank you for playing!! Happy you enjoyed it :))
The concept is really crazy and funny! I had some difficults in jumping and reaching platforms but i really enjoyed the game and finishing it.
Thank you! glad u enjoyed playing it :)
The game looks great! The platform can get a little tricky at times, and having the reset button on the spacebar really messed me up sometimes. That aside, what an endearing game!
Thank you! Ill fix that reset button for sure
Awesome art style and very fun to play, only suggestion is moving the reset from spacebar to "R" or something as I kept accidently restarting lol
Haha yeah I forgot to remove the reset button before exporting lol, ill definitely fix it, Thank you for playing!
I have enjoyed it a lot. Movement is funky, although it fits theme. Great concept!
Thank you!
Mixed feelings on this. One the one hand, I absolutely adore the aesthetic, and the visuals are really juicy while staying within the limitation. But on the other hand, I could not get very far, and there's a few off-putting design decisions—like how you'll jump immediately after landing if you don't release the jump button fast enough, in a game where wasting a second getting back into position to do the next jump properly can literally kill you—that I had a lot less fun playing it than I did looking at it. At any rate, it's still an absolutely incredible game to have pulled off over a weekend, and I'd love to give a post-jam update a try
I agree with you, I over scoped this jam and didn't leave myself enough time to polish. However thank you for your criticism and for playing!
